Dennis Barloga is also a reputed and famous artist who started with the project of Peace Corps on photography and worked on it. He really like the way a different touch could be given to the photographs. He sat for hours and hours in the dark room analyzing the different aspects of photography. It was a two year project and by the end of this project, he realized that he should expand his knowledge in this area. So after coming from Tonga he went for the training of commercial photography from San Francisco City College.
