Warren Kimble - Artist Biography
Warren Kimble creates an accessible and appealing style of American folk art. His love of Americana, antiques, and architecture is combined with his skill as a painter to create some of the most memorable works in contemporary American art. Kimble is devoted to creating a perfect custom color palette for every piece and hand-selecting fragments of rare or antique wood on which to work. Kimble's work is easily recognized by collectors all over the world.
Kimble's early career was in advertising, but he left to teach art in the public school system. He later joined the art faculty at Castleton State College in Castleton, Vermont, but left the college in 1983 to pursue painting full time. He c
