Can I ship my order faster?
Yes, we also provide the following shipping options for domestic US for most products:
3 Day Select - Extra $3.99
2 Day Air - Extra $5.99
Next Day Air - Extra $16.49
Please note: it still takes us the following to ship your order out of our
facilities regardless of the shipping option you choose:
Prints and posters: about 2 to 5 business days
Canvas transfers: about 7 to 10 business days
Custom framed prints: about 7 to 9 business days
Custom framed canvas: about 12 to 14 business days
Tapestries: about 7 to 10 business days
Laminated prints: about 7 to 10 business days
Wood mounts: about 2 to 3 weeks
Box mounts: about 2 to 3 weeks

Who does the shipping?
We use US Postal Service Priority Mail for ground shipping. If you are shipping via 3, 2 or next day
air we will use UPS.

Are all items in stock at the time of order?
About 95% of the items on our site are in stock. If an item you ordered is not in stock, a notification will be issued to the email address
on the order within 2-3 business days.

When will I get my order?
Most orders will ship from our facilities within 2 to 5 business days regardless
of the shipping option you use.
Transit time is based on your shipping option.
Please note: Canadian and International orders can take up to 5 weeks shipping time.
Canadian and International orders do not have confirmation/tracking numbers for shipments.

Will I be able to track my shipment?
If you choose 3, 2, or next day air, yes you will receive a UPS tracking number. With this tracking number you can
go to UPS.com and track your order. If you choose standard ground shipping, your package will be shipped US Postal Priority Mail. You will receive
a delivery confirmation number. With this number you can go to USPS.com and confirm the delivery of your package.
Canadian and International orders do not have confirmation/tracking numbers for shipments.

Is my order insured?
Yes, every shipment we send out is fully insured.

How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be packaged in a very sturdy cardboard
cylinder. We use a very strong cylinder so there is almost no chance it will
be damaged during delivery.

What if my order is damaged?
Because we use such sturdy cardboard cylinders for your order
it is very unlikely it will be damaged. But if your order is damaged
on delivery just notify us within 10 days. We will send a pre-paid
call tag to pick up the damaged order and send another in it's place.

Is my personal data passed on to others (e.g. for advertising purposes)?
No. Your personal data is treated in confidence and is in no case passed on to third parties.
We only send our newsletter out to those that have opted to receive it.
