Million Dollar Baby
Clint Eastwood is a national treasure. The caliber of films he consistently creates is truly amazing and Million Dollar Baby is no exception. The trio of Eastwood, Hilary Swank and Morgan Freeman is perfect. Eastwood and Freeman play off each other so well. The relationship that blossoms between Clint and Hilary is very believable and the end of this movie is heartbreaking.

Sin City
Frank Miller has created something very unique with the writing and directing of Sin City. It is so fun to watch I was trying not to blink because I thought I'd miss something. Such a bad-ass movie I felt like buying a motorcycle after I watched it. Has any girl every looked better better than Jessica Alba in this movie?

Crash
Crash was a movie that was able to tie a lot of things together. Trying to tackle social problems and address the human condition this film bites off a lot and can actually chew most of it.

Batman Begins
Starting Batman back from the beginning was a great move and only got better when Christopher Nolan stepped in to take the reigns. Nolan is a true master and turned the Batman franchise into something to be proud of.

Walk the Line
This is a great bio of Johnny Cash and Joaquin Phoenix played the part perfectly. I almost forgot I was watching an actor, you believe it's Cash all along. Cash has a great story and one that definitely needed to be told.
